  • Take some time off. Just because you are working for yourself doesn't mean you should work 24/7. Take breaks often, take days off.
  • Relax. Taking time off doesn't mean going over your to-do list in head. It means leaving the to-do list on the desk. Don't worry, It'll be there when you return.
  • Instead of focusing on the most important thing on your to-do focus on the thing that you can complete the quickest. Once you've done all the easy tasks everything else will be a breeze.
  • Take care of yourself – Make sure you that eat healthy, drink lots of water, get some exercise and plenty of rest.
  • Get help. Just because you are in business for yourself doesn't mean you have to do business by yourself. Outsource, partner with someone else
  • Get a change of scenery. Instead of working in the office work on the patio, or the coffee shop or the library or go a friends house. The best part about being in for yourself is that you determine when, where and how you work
